The milk is passed through pasteurizer and cooled down to room temperature. Bacteria culture is than added that which causes milk to coagulate into a solid gel. Solid gel is cut with special cutting tools. Whey is removed using pump and curd is pressed using special machine. The final cheese is moulded into cheese blocks of desired size.
It is a fully automated system comprising of mixing tanks and whey removal tank that are highly compact. Despite this, the design allows cleaning and maintenance at ease.
